The Twin Room with Terrace was spacious and clean, with a cozy kitchenette, made meal prep easy. The washing machine was super convenient, and the strong shower added to my relaxation. It was nice to have a comfortable bed as well.
The TV only had Japanese channels.

Extremely comfy and beautifully decorated place with responsive employees especially the French receptionist. Brand-new twin room with views of street. Absolutely perfect and great location, in Kyoto the Fushimi Inari shrine. So close to the river bank, the nearest bus and the various attractions.

large soaking tub, spacious room layout, basic kitchenette
For the price, daily cleaning every 3 days is unacceptable!!! Small trash receptacles lead to overflowing waste!!! The location is noisy from nearby roads and requires a lengthy walk from transit!!! A clothes-drying area in the courtyard would be a plus!!!

The team provided a good service. The rooms were a nice size, complete with 3 single beds and functional design, as for instance, and with smoke detectors for safety measures too. The place had a quiet atmosphere. Location: the hotel was adjacent to train stations, Kyoto, and the nearest train, metro or bus station...

I stayed for 3 nights in the Twin Room with Extra Bed, and it was super spacious and comfy! The kitchenette was really handy for making snacks and breakfast. And a washing machine in the room was a game-changer. The room felt clean and modern. Just wished the sofa was more comfy for chilling out. There wasn't much dining around, but that's okay because of the Family Mart nearby.

I had a lovely stay where I appreciated the spacious room and the cozy kitchenette, which made meal prep a breeze—although the sofa was a bit uncomfortable for long writing sessions.
